W-2’s Are Now Available!
As we move forward into the new year, it’s essential for Service Associates (SAs) at Forge Industrial Staffing to be well-prepared with their financial documents, particularly the W-2 form. This document is critical for your tax filing and reflects your hard work throughout the year! Below are the instructions that you’ll need to access your W-2.
Accessing Your 2023 W-2 via Forge Employee Portal
Step 1: Log into Forge Employee Portal
The great news is that your W-2 for 2023 is now available through the Forge Employee Portal. This digital platform offers a seamless and secure way to access your W-2 instantly. You can login to your account by visiting the employee login page and using the credentials that you created after completing your onboarding with Forge Industrial Staffing. If you can’t remember your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot Password” option to set a new password. If you haven’t setup an account yet, you can click the “Register” button to create your account.
Step 2: Find Your W-2
Once logged in, simply head over to the W-2 section. Your 2023 W-2 will be there, ready for you to view and download. The process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient.
For Older W-2s
Contacting Your Local Forge Office
If you need access to W-2s from years prior to 2022, the process is just as straightforward but slightly different. Instead of accessing them online, you will need to contact your local Forge Industrial Staffing office directly. Our dedicated staff members are on hand to assist you in obtaining these documents.
Paper or Mailed Copies of Your W-2
Making a Request
If you prefer to have a paper copy of your W-2 or need it mailed to you, we can accommodate that as well. Please note, however, that requesting a paper or mailed copy may involve a waiting period of 3-5 business days, or possibly longer in some cases.
Process for Requesting
To request a mailed or paper copy of your W-2, simply contact your local Forge office. Be sure to specify whether you need it printed for pick up or if you would prefer to have it mailed to you.
Verify Your Information
It’s crucial to verify your social security number and mailing address when making your request. This step ensures that your W-2 reaches you without any delays or complications.
