Staying Active At Home

Our life outside of the workplace may not be as busy as it was pre pandemic however we still need to make sure we are moving around.  More often our personal time is spent in front of the TV, laying on the couch, sitting around taking in more screen time, etc.  Here are a few ways to get more active to help in your everyday body movements.

  1. Stretch every morning when you get up and every night before bed.
  2. Walk in place or around the house during commercial breaks.
  3. Walk in place or do light yoga during your favorite tv shows.
  4. Take 5 min breaks to do the above during screen time.

Every little bit of movement outside of work can make a huge difference when you are on the constant move during work hours.
