Many children are being homeschooled at the moment and by now most parents are realizing that being a teacher is a harder job than they had thought. Learning from home creates different challenges that wouldn’t necessarily be a problem while physically in school. Children get distracted and comfortable in their own homes, not realizing that education still needs to be a priority during times like these. Though there are challenges to adjust to and overcome, there shouldn’t be a reason your children’s education is halted. Back in the day being able to teach from home would be much trickier, why? Because we didn’t have the advanced technology that we do today. Technology gives you a great opportunity to continue feeding your children knowledge through different ways of learning.
You’ve probably spent a decent amount of time seeking out online resources, apps, games etc. to keep your children’s minds engaged while spending so much time at home. It raises money for the organizations Save the Children and No Kid Hungry. The account itself has multiple videos of celebrities reading children’s books aloud to entertain, educate and distract kids and parents who are practicing social distancing. Who doesn’t love watching videos of their favorite celebrities?
