How can I obtain my W-2’s?
Forge employees can access their W-2’s online through the Employee Portal.
What are the starting wages?
Forge Industrial Staffing does not have a set pay scale for the positions that we fill. The pay range is determined by client and location. Please feel free to call or visit your local Forge office for more details on job openings and wage information.
What positions do you have available?
Positions offered at Forge change on a daily basis, so the best way to get an up-to-date list of positions available would be to call or visit your local Forge office. You can also get a list of our available jobs under the, “job seekers” tab on our website, forgestaff.com/jobs as well as details about the open positions.
I was terminated. How can I reverse it?
If you think you were wrongfully terminated from Forge, or wish to have your termination reviewed, you will need to call your nearest Forge office and speak to a Manager.
I am missing hours on my check. What do I do?
If a Forge employee is missing hours on their paycheck they will need to contact their local Forge office for assistance.
How do I set up direct deposit?
Setting up a direct deposit is easy! Just bring in a bank letter with your account and routing information on it, along with your picture ID, and we will help you with the rest.
How can I access my recent pay stubs?
You have the option of accessing pay stubs online through your employee login, or by stopping in person at the Forge office through which you were hired. You will need a picture ID if you are going to pick them up in person. If you can no longer access your employee account, you will need to contact Forge and have a Service Coordinator reset your information.
I moved and need to transfer my employment record to another branch. How can I do that?
Transferring is easy! You will need to call your closest Forge office to speak with a Service Coordinator and we will be able to transfer your current employment record.
I need to call off of work. Who do I call?
Though we don’t recommend calling off work, we understand that emergencies do occur. If something comes up that affects your ability to show up to the job you were assigned, you will have to call your local Forge office an hour before your shift begins.
I lost my login information. What do I do?
If you no longer have access to your employee login information, please contact your current Forge office and we will be happy to assist you.
How often do we get paid?
Forge employees are paid on a weekly basis. The work week runs Monday through Sunday normally and the hours that you work during any given week are paid on the following Wednesday. Please contact your closest branch for more information.

Forge Industrial Staffing is always hiring. The jobs we have available change on a daily basis, so it is best to stop by in person or give your nearest Forge office a call to get the most up-to-date list of jobs available.
How soon can I start?
In order to be assigned to a position with Forge, you will first need to complete the application process. Most applicants are placed on a job assignment the same day or next day or whatever works best for you!
Do you offer any other industry-type jobs?
Forge Industrial Staffing focuses primarily on light industrial work.
