Crystal Clean contractor safety orientation is now available online! All contractors are required to complete this course prior to their arrival to site (unless they already have a valid Orientation card). Below are some helpful tips to help everyone get through the course without any problems. The online course can be completed from any computer or phone/iPad with an internet connection, hot spot, or the use of your provider data.
Select “CONTRACTOR” from the drop-down option of orientations
Fill in all other required fields (Company and Name)

You must single-click the play button either in the center or bottom left-hand corner of the page to start each section.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADVANCE THE “PLAY BAR” to skip through a section, once at the end of the section it will always revert back to the start of the section & YOU WILL HAVE TO WATCH EACH SECTION ENTIRELY TO COMPLETE EACH SECTION.
At the end/completion of each section be patient the “NEXT” button will flash in the top right corner to proceed to the next section.
There are a total of 14 sections + final test.
The time to complete is approximately 45 minutes.
All test questions must be answered correctly to PASS the course.
If you miss a question, you will be automatically taken back to the section of the test that goes over the missed YOU MUST WATCH THE ENTIRE SECTION, DO NOT TRY TO PUSH THE PLAY BAR AHEAD, IT WILL NOT ADVANCE YOU UNTIL THE ENTIRE SECTION IS WATCHED.
After you have completed the entire course and passed all questions on the test, you will see a COMPLETION CERTIFICATE PAGE, LET A FORGE SERVICE COORDINATOR KNOW. We will take a picture of it, print it out for you to bring it with you when you come to the site or we will email it. You will be required to present the page to security and they will either provide you with a contractor badge at that time or when you
Orientation is valid for 1 year from the date of your completion of the course (Refresher required annually prior to the expiration date). Contractor badges are required to be shown to security at the entry gate prior to every entry into the plant.
