The pay rates for our positions vary depending on the client, but the benefits offered by Forge are the same for each job and employee. The benefits we offer include paid holidays, vacation pay, health insurance, referral bonus program, employee of the month, and employee appreciation days. In order to become eligible for insurance, you must work an average of 30 hours per week for a 60-day time frame. Once you meet those requirements you will become eligible for insurance and your coverage will start on the 1st day of the month following your 60th day of employment. Paydays are weekly and you will have the option of getting paid by direct deposit or Rapid paycard, having access to your money that same day.
